Service Writer

Full-Time Service Writer | Monday–Friday

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Service Writer to be the welcoming face of our front office and the connection between our customers and technicians. Strong automotive knowledge is a big priority—you should be comfortable discussing vehicle issues, common repairs, and maintenance needs.

You’ll help run the show:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns
• Schedule appointments and manage work orders
• Explain estimates, repair recommendations, and timelines
• Keep customers informed and the front desk organized

• Starting at $20/hour, with higher pay based on skills and qualifications
• Full-time, Monday–Friday with scheduling flexibility
• Overtime available | Shop hours: 2–10 PM

Bring your automotive knowledge, people skills, and attention to detail. Previous service writer or service desk experience is a plus!
